1. Who is responsible

Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file C 451241. The company operates the CasTech EQ brand and this website (castecheq.com). 2. What we collect and why

• Inquiry form: name, company, email, phone and the project details you enter in the inquiry form on the Contact page. We use them to answer your inquiry and prepare an offer (steps taken at your request before a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Submitting the form requires your confirmation that we may use the details for this purpose.
• Email and phone communication: the content you send us, kept to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship.
• Technical request data (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) is processed by our hosting provider to deliver the pages. We do not build visitor profiles.

3. Cookies and third-party content

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use tracking pixels.

Fonts are bundled with the site and served from our own domain; no fonts, scripts or images are loaded from third-party servers.

Our public contact details link to external services (for example email and telephone links); those services handle your data under their own policies once you leave this site.

4. Who receives your data

We do not sell personal data. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where that applies we rely on the safeguards they offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

• Our email provider, which receives the messages sent to our contact addresses.
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), the form-processing service that receives website form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
• GitHub Pages, which hosts this website.
• Where needed for your project, manufacturers, logistics and installation partners, and only for that purpose.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 24 months at the latest. Data tied to contracts and invoices is kept as long as accounting and tax law requires.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, withdraw consent given earlier, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to sales@virexa-tech.com. You may also complain to the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz).

7. Security

• This website is served over HTTPS and forms are transmitted over encrypted connections.
• We do not collect payment card data or government identification through this website.
• Messages and inquiries are accessible only to authorised staff of Virexa AI Technologies s.r.o..
• If you believe you have found a security issue on this website, please report it to sales@virexa-tech.com. Our contact details for this purpose are also published in the file /.well-known/security.txt.

8. Visitors under 18

This website is intended for business visitors and is not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.
